Sketchbook Sunday.

I've got a few watercolour doodles from when I was on Waiheke a few months ago, and a more recent drawing I worked on from a photo I took at the Botanic Gardens in Wellington last month. I am not sure how it has been nearly 4 months that I have been in New Zealand now, so can we just pretend its only been a month please! I really feel like my drawings and doodles have got a "personal style" now, which is pretty cool, even if that style is messy with continuous lines and weird angles! What have you been drawing lately? I'd love to see!

  1. These are so amazing! You have definitely developed that personal style. I want to frame that last one and hang it in our apartment!

  2. i adore the second drawing, the one of the boat - the lines are gorgeous! i know what you mean about developing a style. while i haven't drawn since high school, developing a style and a consistent look was definitely rewarding. it made having a portfolio feel that much more mature!
